Shipping and Returns

As required by law, all firearms must be shipped to your local licensed FFL dealer. Please understand your local laws regarding firearms and magazine restrictions. Crazy Crow Gunworks follows all Federal and State firearms regulations and we cannot ship firearms or magazines to areas where they are restricted or prohibited by law.

Do we ship internationally?

We currently do not ship products outside of the United States.

Where else do we ship?

PO Boxes – At this time, we are fully capable to ship to PO Boxes!

How do we ship?

Parcel – Your shipment will arrive via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery.

As required by law, all firearms must be shipped to your local licensed FFL dealer.  Please understand your local laws regarding firearms and magazine restrictions. J&A outdoors LLC follows all Federal and State firearms regulations and cannot ship firearms or magazines to areas where they are restricted or prohibited by law.

Return Policy

Crazy Crow Gunworks takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the products we sell. Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect your merchandise and notify us of any damage. If we are found to be at fault we will promptly take care of the return. If you decide to return on buyers remorse – You may return your merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking/transaction fee) within 14 days as long as the merchandise is in new and unused condition and in it’s original packaging. Refunds require proof of purchase. If your item was a gift then we will need the account information of the person who purchased the item in order to process a refund. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and may take 14 business days from time of request. Orders that are cancelled by the customer are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is waived if the cancellation is due to our error i.e. items being out of stock.
